David, your combined training, diet, and preparation advice took my mind and my body to a whole new level. At 49 years old, this is without question the absolute best shape I’ve ever been in my entire life. david , I have been training pretty heavy since last year. I have incurred a couple of set back injuries over that time but have lost a total of 17 lbs in the process. my legs are the weakest part of my body even though I train them hard. at 51 I would love to be able to compete in the near future in a masters physique category. family life dictates my training but I make time right after work to put in at least 45 minutes HIIT training 4 days a week. I am seeing progress and I know it is a long road that really never ends. guidance along that road helps us to stay on path.from what I have read here you are the man.
