You always hear me preach: hard work, consistency, time. Donna is 50 year old. She came to me just under 2 years ago.
Despite all of our fighting these past two years, Donna has always, and continues, to make me incredibly proud. Hard work. Consistency. Time. Fifty years old people. Making all the young bucks look like amateurs, and improving every single workout. Anybody have anymore excuses? -DJ
It was difficult and I had a ton of excuses for which David had a response for each and every one but basically saying there is no reason/excuse why I can’t stick to the meal plan. I finally got it through my thick head that I could do it and I did, but I was able to do this because of David’s help. He was the encouragement and tough love voice that helped me realize that I am strong enough to get my body where I want it.
I accomplished my goal and have never looked better and I owe it all to Dave’s hard work and dedication to my success! He is truly my inspiration and I know he will help me achieve more personal goals I have set for myself in the future!
David not only guides, but he also has an attitude toward pushing people that challenges you to be better each and every day. I owe a great deal of thanks to David for his help and advice, and I implore anyone considering David’s nutritional and/or training advice to do so. I’m proof that what he says works.
I quickly learned with David: do not try to negate his expertise and knowledge of the fitness industry. (I tried, believe me.) David works very hard for his clients and expects the same from them. He takes the time to explain how to perform each exercise and which muscle group is being worked. David is definitely one of the top Columbia MD personal trainers.
David helped me to not only lose the weight, but go from 354 pounds to competing in my first bodybuilding competition. I am now using the knowledge that he taught me to help others. I have become a certified personal trainer in Columbia MD.
