Dear prospective training client:

In my middle and late twenties I gave birth to two boys, ten pounds each. Since then, I’ve always struggled with my weight.

I’ve belonged to Spa Petite, Women’s Workout World and Bally’s over the years. I’ve done lots of cardio, step classes, and some weight training on my own, with little direction. I’d tone up a little, lose a couple of pounds, but ultimately grow disinterested because of time constraints and lack of both results and motivation.
