Accomplishments:
• reduced by fat and lost inches through the waistline

I started weight training with David to improve my golf game, to lose weight, and to reduce the likelihood of osteoporosis (advice of my physician). For several years I did my own weight training, sporadically. I realized I have the desire to weight training and lacked the motivation. Having David as personal trainer has helped me to meet my three goals. My golf game has improved due to better flexibility, balance and strength, and while I still struggle with my weight my clothes do fit better. David is demanding and pushes me, in a positive manner, to progress in my training and to continue to meet my goals.
