David Johnson Training Testimonial: Pradish S, 2013

I retired from the sport of Professional Superbike racing back in 2005.  Since I decided I wasn’t competing anymore, I just didn’t see the need to be fit like I used to.  I ate what ever junk I wanted and barely worked out. Worst decision ever!

Fast forward to 2012, I’m married now with a beautiful wife, 2 wonderful kids, and an extremely demanding job as a Corporate CIO.  With all the blessings in my life I found that my health was still suffering.  I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in May 2012.  I’m 5 foot 7 inches tall and my waist size was a whopping 38.5″ not to mention my weight jumped to 180 lbs.  I didn’t realize how bad things got and decided it was time to make a change.  I started changing my diet and quickly lost 10 lbs but I just ended up becoming skinny fat with lots of belly flab.  I really had no idea what I was doing, that is until I came across David Johnson.  After my first initial meeting with David I knew he would be a life changer.

I started training with David in August of 2012.  Within the first 5 1/2 months I was able to drop 8 inches around my waist, tone up my entire body, and for the first time ever, I’m able to see my abs, back muscle, arm muscles you name it.  My starting weight in August was 168 lbs. As of right now, I weigh 138 lbs and I feel amazing.  I’m able to keep up with my kids, feel more focused and energized at work and best of all no more diabetes!!

Diet also played a huge part in my transformation.  Nikki Johnson’s meal plans were right on. She assessed my needs and provide me the perfect meals that were both filling and convenient.  Best of all, it fit my super busy life.  She allowed me to eat foods that I love all while fitting it into the diet plan.  David and Nikki together make the perfect team.

I can’t say enough good things about David Johnson Training.  I recommend them to everyone.  David and Nikki will not only provide you the perfect plan, they will give you motivation to push harder and find the strength inside yourself that you never knew you had.
