Post-Workout Banana Bread


~ 1c oat bran

~ 1tsp baking powder

~ 1/4 tsp salt

~ 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

~ 1-2 packets of stevia

~ 1 scoop CHROME SUPPS vanilla ice cream whey protein powder

~ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

~1/2 c unsweetened almond milk

~ 2 egg whites or 1/3 c vanilla muscle egg egg whites (if using muscle egg, omit vanilla extract)

~ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

~ 1/2 c mashed ripe banana


Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients, then stir into wet ingredients. Blend well. Place in 2 mini loaf pans or 4 lined muffin tins.

Bake 12-20 min depending on the size of baking pan.


Makes 4 servings, macros per 1 serving:

171 calories

12.2 g protein

5.6 g fat

20 g carbohydrate

8 g sugar

This is a great base recipe to use for all sorts of variations. Try adding diced apples, nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, berries, pumpkin or applesauce! Remember to always adjust the macros if you add or subtract ingredients. Enjoy!
