I’d like to take a second to thank you for all of your help. I was really starting to feel that my best days regarding bodybuilding were behind me, and that I had taken my physique about as far as it was going to go. But after watching you prep for your show last year, and how much you were able to change your body in a few short months, I could tell you knew something about taking it further. I appreciate that you took time out of your schedule to help me with my diet. When I hopped on the scale after a few weeks and saw that my weight was up seven pounds, I could tell I was on the right track. Later, after putting on some size over the winter, you helped me again to cut it up.
Thank you so much for helping me take my body to the next level. As a fellow bodybuilder, you know how frustrating it can be when it feels like you aren’t making the gains you’d like, so just that little extra shove in the right direction was a life saver. Oh, and thanks for giving me a spot all those times when I was throwing up the huge dumbbells!
