Italian Grilled Potato recipe - healthy recipes 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Olive Oil 
  2. Basil 
  3. Italian Seasoning 
  4. Sea Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. Potatoes

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pre-heat grill to medium high heat
  2. Wash then cut potatoes thin
  3. Mix spices and olive oil in a large bowl
  4. Brush spice and olive oil mixture over potatoes 
  5. Place seasoned potatoes in grill basket and grill over high heat for 7 minutes per side (If you do not have a grill basket place on tin foil to cook).
  6. Check to see if potatoes are done.  They should have a slight golden brown color around the edges and when squeezed, are soft.
