What I got from working with Dave was accountability, how to be accountable to myself and know what to look for in my workouts and to fight on the last negative rep, things like that. Education, if I didn’t work out with Dave I would have done everything completely different, and not had the gains that I have had. From how many days a week to work out, to how to do my positives and negatives, to what exercises to do, and on and on. And from that I got a lot of motivation, especially from the size and gains I was making, which was about 9.5 pounds in 6 or 8 weeks, my strength increased every time and rapidly. And I got little things in between too, like technique, how to stretch after so I’m not as sore, things like that. So I got a lot and it was definitely worth it.
