I met Dave Johnston approximately back in 2008. Since I met him, I can appreciate not only the hard work he puts in with himself (in the gym), but with his clients as well. He goes the extra mile, giving free advice and waking up at times just to help people with their posing or even answering questions at inopportune times. He is a real selfless guy deep down, and I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know him and “mentor” off of him and his techniques over the past few years, not only as a physique competitor myself, but also a personal trainer.
Dave helped me sculpt a winning physique when I took home my WBFF (World Bodybuilding Fitness Federation) pro card in November 2012. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking to improve in all aspects of life. He is a motivator, educator and inspiration to many and I look forward to learning from him in the years to come.
