I have always been a gym rat with marginal results. But January of
2010 I decided to get focused and take David’s advice and train under him over the internet. When I started I was 242. As of June I am 222. I have gained muscle mass and power while cutting fat. I have a very demanding lifestyle. I am an Architectural Designer who works in DC, lives in Baltimore, has an active 4-year-old, and a baby on the way. David structured an eating plan and fitness plan to work with all the constrains of my life.
