I’m the kind of person that needs to be inspired to work out. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy it, but having someone knowledgeable, fun and who knows how to get me to get the most out of my workout time is what gets me going. That’s why I like training with David. I had him in a training class at my job and watched and listened to his concern for his client’s individual health and fitness needs and his sense of humor was just what I needed in a trainer. David gives me personalized advice on nutrition and gave me specific exercises to fit my needs.
Since working out with David I have incorporated a much healthier, low fat diet into my lifestyle that has helped me stay on track. Since I have been working out with him, my body is the most toned and defined it has ever been.
After 6 months of consistent training and a low fat healthy diet, he helped me lose almost 30 pounds. I will continue to work out with him because when I do, I know I am in good hands.
