I worked with Dave for six weeks, twice a week. My general goal was to lose weight, and Dave helped me achieve this. Dave listened to my goals and came up with a tailored plan. It was a large adjustment at first, and I was not used to being pushed so hard. Dave was always there to push me past what I thought I was capable of. Every week I found that I was stronger and amazed at what I was able to do. Dave was always very attentive to my interest to know what was going on with the training and my body. He has a tremendous wealth of knowledge from his studies and personal experience. This helps him relate to his clients, and get his clients where they need to be quickly. It was a very positive experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.
