DESCRIPTION: Come join the TEAM Warrior Within crew to celebrate all of the local competitors who busted their butt to hit the stage this year, PLUS, if looking to get started with physique competition (bikini, figure, women’s physique, men’s physique, bodybuilding), come learn the basics of how to go about getting started. The seminar will be free to the public, and we will be providing food, so come congratulate those who busted their butts to get up there, and what YOU can do to joint that elite group in 2015!
