Dear Sir,

I am a 65 year old woman who has belonged to Lifetime Fitness from before the actual building was built.

Did I frequently use the club? Not too often– my lack of motivation got in the way! I thought, how about getting a personal trainer!? But again and again. I tried to solve this lack of motivation “thing” by myself. It’s now solved and I love going and usually go at least five days of the week!! How is it solved?

DAVID JOHNSTON came into my life. He has helped get me past this motivational thing. How does he do it? I don’t know! I just know I’ve a “job” to do at the club. After having me take the BodyAge Assessment, the Resting Metabolism Assessment, and the O2 MAP Assessment, he planned a program for me, taking my lifestyle and goals in consideration. Now I have someone to answer to…. Someone to look up to who knows what is best for me to get to my goals. I am now self-motivated and turned in the right direction, thanks to him.

My program consists of cardio sessions, both intense and moderate. It also consists of weight training…. I felt stronger by the time I had been working out for only three weeks. In most areas I have at least doubled my strength. As a better example, I started the leg press at 70lbs and now press 340lbs.

Sometimes I’ll add another rep or two just to show him I can do it. Does he push me? YES, YES, YES!! Sometimes I think I’m going to drop dead from the hard work, but I’m lovin’ every minute. I walk out feeling great and know we are definitely doing something fantastic for my health. I feel a dramatic increase in my energy level.

During this time, we started to work on another goal, my serious weight problem. Besides the cardio and weight training, he helped me with nutritional advice, resulting in a 30lbs weight loss [and ultimately, a 70lbs weight loss!]. I still have a long way to go, but now I am confident of continued good progress as I watch that needle go down.

David is my Miracle Man! Whoever paired us up, thank you, thank you, thank you!
