I personally never lacked the motivation to go to the gym.  I would be there three, four or five times a week, lifting weights and doing cardio.  After several years of being in good shape, but not seeing real results (muscle and strength gains) from all of my labor, I decided to try personal training.  I chose David because I was specifically looking for someone who “walked the walk”.  Just looking at David it was obvious he had put in the time and effort to change his body.  David and I have been working together twice a week for 9 months now.  Even though I spend less time in the gym, I get much more out of my workouts.  It is impossible to go through the motions with David.  He pushes for maximum performance each time we train together.  I have successfully put on 35 pounds of (mostly) muscle.  I couldn’t recommend David’s services more.

UPDATE: 9/30/11

 After nearly three years with David, I can provide the following update.  Over the course of my training regimen, I ultimately put on nearly 45 pounds of (mostly) muscle.  Today I’m in the middle of stripping away any excess fat.  I am down 25 pounds from my all time heaviest weight.  I have another 10 pounds to go to hit my goal.  I’m really looking forward to seeing what all of the effort over the past three years will produce.  I continue to fully recommend David and all of his services.
