This is a great bulk cooking recipe as you can prepare a lot of chicken at once, and then portion it out later.
INGREDIENTS: (once again, we are liberal with spices and try to use an even amount of each based on the amount of chicken being cooked)
- Desired amount of chicken (approx. 2-3 lbs)
- Chicken broth
- Garlic Powder
- Sea Salt
- Onion Powder
- Herbs De Provence
- Dried red bell pepper
- Olive Oil
Step 1) Cut chicken into cubes
Step 2) Lightly coat pan with olive oil and place on burner on stove on medium high heat
Step 3) Combine all herbs and lightly coat chicken
Step 4) Add chicken to hot pan
Step 5) Pour in chicken broth to cover the bottom of the pan
Step 6) Cover pan with lid and allow to cook for 4-5 minutes
Step 7) Remove lid, flip chicken, add any additional herbs to taste, and allow to cook another 2-3 minutes
Step 8) After 2-3 minutes check chicken ensure it is cooked all the way through
Step 9) Sprinkle stevia to sprinkle, to taste
Step 10) Remove from pan, portion out and enjoy!
