Working with both David and Nikki has been a great experience. I contacted them after hitting a plateau with my own weigh loss and needed some additional help to achieve my goals. They were more than willing to work with my specific dietary needs (I don’t eat meat) and have consistently provided me with sound advice to put me in a position to succeed. I had very little prior experience with weight lifting, but their guidance allowed me to considerably increase my overall strength and gain confidence in the gym I never thought was possible. In addition, my improved strength has allowed me to make marked improvement in my performance as a runner.
