I am down 84 lbs total and 45 of it is since training with David. Twenty to go. Unstoppable.
I have been in other diet plans, Weight Watchers and Nutri-system, where I had to weigh in with someone. That’s accountability right? Wrong. Accountability is being responsible to my family, my trainer and ultimately myself for the choices I make during this process. Did I really have that glass of wine? Do I need to report that bite of ice cream in my food log? Yes. Absolutely.
I considered myself an ‘intermediate’ when it came to fitness training; you know previously in the ‘300 lbs. Bench Press Club’, 8 minute mile group, and general diet guru. But you taught me a great deal about “eating clean”, “base building cardio”, interval training, and muscle development. Not only did you awaken the “gym rat” in me but you also inspired the discipline and patience it takes to lose the weight and keep it off.
